REDIRECT YOUR MAIL WITH ROYAL GIBRALTAR POST OFFICE
Our Redirection service ensures that your mail moves with you, whether you are moving to another home in Gibraltar or abroad. The Redirection service is available for personal customers or business customers.
It’s important you make sure you continue to receive your mail when you move home:
– You won’t miss important documents
– You’ll help prevent your personal details falling into the wrong hands and becoming a victim of fraud
You can redirect your local mail (unlimited amount of letters) to any Gibraltar address for 12 months for only £50.00. (Download form)
You can redirect your mail (unlimited amount of letters) to any overseas address for 12 months for only £75.00. (Download form)
All business redirections will be handled on a case by case basis and cannot be done online.
To set up a redirection you will need:
Names and dates of birth of everyone in the household that needs their mail redirected
address and postcode of both your old and new addresses
Valid ID Card / Passport – please read the detailed information sheet in the following link
Please download the redirection form on the links above, complete, scan and email to CCO@post.gi
Once we have received and checked the documents, we will send you a payment link and confirmation.
NOTE: It is important that you provide us of any abbreviations or other names you are commonly addressed by so that we can be sure to redirect all relevant mail.
Please note that we require 5 working days from receipt of application to implement the redirection.
